We went for restaurant week and to celebrate a birthday and Musaafer did not let us down. Justin, our server, did an amazing job. He took his time explaining everything from where the dish came from all the way to why the wine paring was perfect. The combination in the lychee ceviche was to die for. We are most definitely returning!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Musaafer and opted for their Spring Tasting Menu, a 12-course culinary journey. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Came here with two friends last night and had the best time ever! The atmosphere is indescribable, every room is so beautifully designed, the lighting is amazing, and the food was so delicious and fresh. Our server, JP, was amazing!!! He knew so much about the food, the rooms, the processes, etc. he answered every question we had and was very personable, he made dinner so special for us. I will be back just for him, we love you JP!!

It’s a lavish dining experience with quality food, interestingly different atmosphere with a story to tell with 5 different seating arrangements. But would recommend upper tier seating or outside if weather is not too hot.

Definitely the BEST Indian food! First time at Musaafer and I am blown away with the delicious food. Rockefeller oysters were outstanding! Lamb shank and beef tenderloin dishes and breads were delightful. Atmosphere is beautiful and service is excellent. Greg was very attentive and knowledgeable.

This restaurant is truly remarkable it stands out from the typical Indian restaurants around my area. I was greeted with a warm 'Namaste' upon entering, and the staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who may have any doubts or has not yet been to Musaafer. Thank you, Musaafer!

The culinary experience at Musaafer is par excellence!!! It’s probably the best modern Indian food experience I have had (including India). The amount of energy and heart put into this restaurant reflects in the ambience, the food and the staff. Justin took care of us and was so knowledgeable and provided great service! Highly recommend this place. Their Mishti Doi dessert is out of this world and a must try!!!

Came in late Friday evening at 10 pm and seated at the bar Dress code: says smart casual on their website but fairly high end location so I would err more on the side of smart than casual depending on if you're in on a Friday night vs for lunch on a weekday. At least a collared shirt and pants for the gents. Ladies, your dress code has always been a mystery to me ‍, but saw some there in cocktail dresses. Food 5/5: we got the chaanp (lamb chops) and their masala fries, both were a bit too spicy for us but delicious nonetheless and we finished them. I got the Roku gin and tonic and my partner got the Meticulous gin and tonic. Both were a feast for the eyes and tastes great as well. Service 5/5: bartender was very attentive, explained the drinks to us and food was brought out very quickly Ambiance 5/5: beautiful location, ambiance was amazing, tons of gorgeous murals on the wall and very creative. There's also an outside patio that looks amazing but we decided to stay inside partly due to the heat and partly because it smelled like someone was smoking Value 3/5: everything was really good and the price matched the quality. Wouldn't say you get much value out of it but the price is deserved. Parking: galleria parking with valet option

Musaafer was actually open the evening Beryl hit Houston and we were so grateful. The restaurant is spectacular, gorgeous and unique, with really amazing dishes. We had the most excellent waiter, Zo, and we followed all his recommendations. We ate "family style" so we could sample many different items. Everything was so delicious. The desserts are magical. I've never seen anything so intricate and delicious.

Elegant. Cultural. Divine. I love this restaurant. Upon my first visit, I dined with friends on the patio. The attention to detail given to the outdoor decor is as beautiful as the inner restaurant. My second visit was for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Our server was kind enough to seat us in a semi private room - The Mirror Room. We ordered an array of dishes - lentils, chicken; a lot of flavorful, impressive items. My skeptical dad was pleased. The server offered to make my four year old daughter a child friendly meal, which was so sweet. The overall experience makes me think of this restaurant fondly. My brother and I intend to return for a business meeting and to try more dishes.
